Heather received her master’s degree from Trevecca University and has been practicing since 2023. She also
completed certification from a ministry school in California.
Heather has a wealth of knowledge in attachment-focused work and helping individuals and
couples make sense of their close relationships and understand how and why our attachment
styles form. She is trained in Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization (EMDR), a type
of therapy that helps your brain process unresolved trauma or distressing events. She also has
experience in assisting clients in working the 12 steps of recovery groups.
“Life can be very difficult and bring forth an undoing of oneself. By seeking support and
navigating with intention and resilience, we can emerge stronger, wiser, and more aligned with
our true selves.”
Outside of work, Heather loves cooking, being in her community, and enjoying the outdoors
with her 9-year-old Labradoodle.
