The Format
Healing happens in relationship. Group therapy offers a supportive space to connect with others, feel less alone in your experiences, and build insight, growth, and resilience alongside people who may understand what you’re going through in meaningful ways.

Our groups may incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches including mindfulness, somatic work, psychoeducation, relational processing, trauma-informed care, and skills-based support depending on the focus of the group.

We periodically offer groups, workshops, and intensives throughout the year based on client interest and clinician availability.
