EXPLORING NARCISSISM

A process group for individuals desiring to learn more about how narcissism has impacted their life

Nashville Counseling Associates will be offering a group for partners and family members impacted by someone with Narcissistic Personality Disorder or narcissistic traits. Dede Rowan, LMFT and Cole Putman, NCC, M.Ed. will co-lead the group beginning on Monday, August 7th and continuing on Mondays from 6pm-7pm for 8 weeks.

Topics will include:

-What is Narcissistic personality Disorder?

-Defining/recognizing gaslighting and manipulation

-Emotional abuse and self doubt

-Setting healthy boundaries
