Adam McCravy, A-LPC-MHSP
Therapist
Adam takes a relational and collaborative approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that each person already possesses the internal resources needed for healing and growth. He works alongside clients to help remove barriers, access those inner strengths, and move toward meaningful change. Adam is especially passionate about working with individuals navigating trauma, addiction, shame, and challenges related to identity and self-worth. He integrates approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Existential Counseling, and Interpersonal Process Therapy, and has advanced training in the Gottman Method for couples work. He considers it a privilege to walk with clients as they begin to understand their story and discover their capacity for growth and transformation.
Adam holds an Education Specialist degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Middle Tennessee State University. Before entering the counseling field, Adam directed a nonprofit organization in Williamson County and has experience working with adolescents in residential treatment settings for trauma and substance use.
Outside of the therapy room, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, running, and following professional baseball.
