Dr. Brooke Foxworthy creates a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and move toward meaningful change. She integrates evidence-based approaches such as EMDR while maintaining a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship. Brooke believes that healing happens through connection, curiosity, and compassion, and considers it an honor to walk alongside clients as they pursue greater authenticity and resilience.

Dr. Brooke Foxworthy is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing since 2007. In addition to her clinical work, she serves as an Assistant Professor at Lipscomb University and has experience working in intensive outpatient treatment for substance use disorders.
​
Outside of the therapy room, Brooke enjoys traveling, staying active, watching college sports and spending time with family and her chocolate lab, Bella.
