Caroline Dagarin, Graduate-Level Intern, RYT
Therapist
Caroline takes an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, helping clients better understand the connection between their relationships, emotions, nervous systems, and lived experiences. Grounded in family systems theory and relational work, she is especially passionate about supporting clients in reconnecting with their internal world, building emotional regulation skills, and developing a more embodied sense of self through somatic awareness and mind-body integration. She has a particular interest in supporting athletes and high-performing individuals navigating pressure, identity shifts, performance anxiety, and burnout.

Caroline is a therapist-in-training currently pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapy at Belmont University. Her style is warm, intuitive, compassionate, and culturally responsive, and she strives to create an affirming space where clients feel safe exploring deeper patterns in their lives. Caroline is also a registered yoga teacher and volunteers with Prison Yoga Project to help bring trauma-informed yoga to incarcerated individuals in Tennessee.

Outside of the therapy room, Caroline enjoys spending time in nature, running, strength training, practicing yoga, painting, reading, and creating plant-based dishes for family and friends.
