Caroline West, LPC-MHSP
Therapist
Caroline is passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves—mind, body, and spirit—especially during seasons of grief, transition, or identity exploration. She creates a space that is affirming, grounded, and supportive of all identities and lived experiences. Caroline believes that healing is not only about reducing distress, but also about cultivating a deeper sense of meaning, connection, and joy in one’s life.

Caroline is a therapist who holds a Master’s degree in Human Development Counseling from Vanderbilt University. She takes an integrative and holistic approach to her work, drawing from both traditional therapy and somatic, mindfulness-based practices.

Outside of the therapy room, Caroline enjoys visiting farmers markets, listening to live music, moving her body, and spending time outdoors with friends.
