Clay Lamb, Graduate-Level Intern
Clay brings over 5 years of experience in the logistics industry to his work as a therapist. He takes a non-judgmental, person-centered approach to counseling, believing that change occurs when people feel unconditionally understood and accepted. He integrates parts work, CBT, narrative therapy, and role play into the counseling process. He believes deeply in the power of humor, curiosity, and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship, creating space for both meaningful depth and lightheartedness.
Clay is a masters-level counseling intern, pursuing his master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Trevecca Nazarene University. He has a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing faith transitions, athletes, and high performance individuals.
Outside of the therapy room, Clay loves running, playing sports, creative writing, listening to music, and spending time with friends.
He receives clinical support and supervision through Trevecca Nazarene University and Kristi Marshall, PhD, LPC-MHSP.
