She integrates elements of CBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help clients feel empowered and understood. Ellie believes deeply in the power of connection, hope, and authenticity, and considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients in their healing and growth.

Ellie is a clinical mental health counseling therapist who completed her master’s degree at the University of the Southwest. Ellie has a particular passion for supporting individuals and families navigating infertility, perinatal experiences, and the transition into parenthood.

Outside of the therapy room, Ellie enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and watching reality TV.
