Kristi Marshall, PhD, LPC-MHSP
Founder & Lead Clinician
Dr. Kristi Marshall takes a collaborative, relationship-centered approach to therapy, believing that meaningful change begins with feeling truly known and understood. She integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Brainspotting while holding the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for healing. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they process their stories and move toward hope, clarity, and lasting change.
Dr. Kristi Marshall is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Nashville Counseling Associates. She has been practicing since 2004 and brings experience from both nonprofit and private practice settings, working with individuals navigating a wide range of life challenges and transitions.
Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and being with family and friends. A Nashville native, she also loves cheering on her Tennessee teams.
