Kristin Bural, MA
Therapist
Kristin’s approach is relational, warm, and insight-oriented. She helps clients explore patterns that may be keeping them stuck, reconnect with themselves, and move toward greater clarity and peace. Drawing from attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and somatic approaches like brainspotting, she supports clients in connecting their thoughts, emotions, and body experiences. Kristin believes healing happens within a safe, authentic relationship where clients feel fully seen and supported.

Kristin is a trauma-informed therapist who came to the field through her own meaningful experiences in therapy. Before entering counseling, she worked in creative and people-centered roles, which shaped her deep appreciation for the complexity of human stories and the many ways people seek meaning and connection.

Outside of the therapy room, Kristin enjoys hot yoga, fine art, camping, kayaking, gardening, and hosting dinner parties that bring people together.
