Maribeth Gambill, LCSW
Clinical Director & Lead Clinician
Maribeth specializes in helping clients understand how past experiences shape present patterns. She focuses on building awareness of thoughts, emotions, and body responses so clients can process unresolved experiences and move forward with greater clarity and freedom. She integrates trauma-informed approaches such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Ego State Therapy (parts work). Since completing specialized training in the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model, Maribeth has been deeply privileged to grow a speciality in working with betrayed partners. Maribeth feels deeply honored to be entrusted with her clients’ stories and is passionate about helping them create meaningful, lasting change.

Maribeth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing since 2004. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work from the University of Tennessee and also holds a postgraduate trauma certification. In addition to her clinical work, she has served as an adjunct professor at Belmont University.

Outside of the therapy room, Maribeth enjoys drinking coffee, gardening, barre classes, home improvement projects, and being on the lake. However, her most precious time is spent with her family- cheering on her two children at their sporting events.
