Ellie prioritizes a person-centered approach and the therapeutic relationship above all else. She is excited to provide counseling to those in need of affordable quality services. Ellie employs a strengths-based approach that incorporates elements of CBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

“Being able to walk alongside another in healing, growth, and understanding is a privilege I do not take lightly. I strive to create a safe environment where every person can show up as their truest, most authentic self. I strongly believe in the power of connection, hope, and humor and would be honored to be a part of your journey.”

Ellie is a wife and a mother, in her free time, you can find Ellie chasing after her 4-year-old and her Australian Shepherd, Arnold. She loves trying out new restaurants in Nashville, traveling, and reality TV.
