Olivia is an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (AMFT) with a passion for helping individuals and relationships grow through life’s challenges and transitions. She has specialized training in CAMS (Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality) for suicide prevention, as well as completion of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Core Skills training.

“I do my best work with couples, and with teen girls and adult women who are navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and major life transitions. I am especially drawn to supporting women who feel disconnected from themselves after motherhood or other significant changes, and who are seeking to reconnect with their identity, values, and sense of self. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, with a strong emphasis on creating a safe and supportive therapeutic space.”

Outside of the therapy room, Olivia enjoys sewing, baking, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with her husband and child. She loves being creative and trying new hobbies.
