Kristin is a Master’s candidate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Trevecca Nazarene University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Design with a Marketing minor from Oklahoma Christian University. She is a trained Brainspotting professional, a member of the American Counseling Association and the Tennessee Licensed Professional Counselors Association, and has served as a 12-step program facilitator. Before becoming a therapist, Kristin worked in creative and people-centered roles, which deepened her appreciation for human stories and the ways people seek meaning and connection in their lives.

Kristin is a therapist who helps clients navigate life with compassion and insight. She works with individuals who may feel stuck in old patterns, disconnected from themselves, have traumas that are affecting their lives, or are ready to move toward greater self-awareness and peace. Kristin’s approach is warm, collaborative, and genuine. She believes that healing happens in the context of a safe and authentic relationship—one where clients can show up fully, feel seen, and explore what lies beneath the surface. She draws from attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, and somatic approaches such as Brainspotting to help clients connect the mind, body, and emotions. Kristin integrates practical tools with deeper emotional work so that growth feels grounded and sustainable.

"Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we’ll ever do." - Brené Brown

Outside of the therapy room, Kristin enjoys camping, kayaking, gardening, and hosting dinners that bring people together. Clients often describe her as compassionate, thoughtful, and able to bring both humor and depth to the work.
